New trail design labs introduce participants to the core skills of trail design, including planning and development, understanding control points, and the proper tools for field reconnaissance, as well as advanced topics like accessibility, trail surfacing, and shared-use considerations.
Recent trail design labs have been held along the Oregon Coast Trail, at the Bird Alliance of Oregon wildlife sanctuary, and at the South Slough Estuarine Research Reserve. Check out our calendar for upcoming labs!
