2023 TKO Leadership Summit

This 2.5-day event is the annual TKO Leadership Summit, open to folks who are:

• Current Volunteer Leaders – Ambassadors & CLs/ACLs and;
• TKO Board and advisory members and;
• Other local community volunteers, Agency staff and partners who are interested in learning our leadership structure – if you’re wondering if this is right for you, please email natalie.ferraro@trailkeepersoforegon.org to start the conversation.

This event features sessions on:

• TKO’s leadership culture about safety, inclusiveness and the quality of stewardship for the volunteer experience.
• In depth strategic planning and annual work plans for current and future trail stewardship/engagement/advocacy initiatives.
• Leadership awareness training to grow our organization.

Your registration includes:

• Two days of leadership and strategic workshops from TKO leaders, staff and partners.
• Friday dinner; Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner; Sunday breakfast and lunch – specific dietary options can be selected during registration
• Lodging – you have the option of 1.) bunking in a shared room in one a shared cabin (bring your own bedding), 2.) tent camping or 3.) grabbing lodging near by at your own cost.

This Summit is designed to be both class and on-trail experiences. Please come prepared to participate in thoughtful and challenging discussions, learn new leadership skills, and, of course, have some fun!
